What to expect at your drop-off appointment: (approx. waiting time 15 minutes)
- Enter through the main entrace at Grace Christian Church
- You will be greeted by a Lilybugs staff volunteer & asked to fill out some simple paperwork
- Bring in your items and they will be taken to the inspection area by one of our volunteers
- Wait in the designated area until your items have been inspected
- Check-out before leaving... thats it!!!
Pick-Up
When you consign with Lilybugs, you may collect all your unsold/ non-donated items after each sale. Pick up your remaining non-donated inventory after the sale on Saturday between 3:00pm and 4:00pm. All items that have not been picked up by 4:00pm will be donated to a local charitable organization, as outlined in the Consignor Agreement.
If our pick-up time does not work for you, please send a friend or relative to retrieve your remaining inventory on your behalf.
NOTE: All persons picking up unsold items must verify the account by name, consignor number, and/or telephone number as listed on the Consignor Agreement. Sorry, but no exceptions will be made.
Pick-up your check and any unsold, non-donated items will be on Saturday, March 12, 3:00-4:00pm. Thats right, no waiting for the check in the mail! Just stop by on Saturday at the scheduled time and take your money home that day!! All checks not picked up on Saturday will be mailed the following Monday. Lilybugs hosts up to 200 consignors, items will be returned and checks issued on a first come, first serve basis.
