As Lilybugs continues to grow each season we will do our best to keep you informed of the changes through blog entries and informational emails. ~New Policies for 2012~
- ONLY WIRE HANGERS!!! We will not accept plastic or plastic coated wire hangers. *due to space limitations this is necessary.
- Lilybugs will offer a chance for you to purchase your wire hangers from us at a discount, simply email for details contact@lilybugskids.com
- ONLY 200 items per consignor.
- New volunteer shift policy: All volunteers who are more than 10 minutes late to work shifts will not be allowed to shop at 5pm on preview night, they will enter at 6pm.
- NEW volunteer shifts have been added this sale!!! Sign up early to get the best work shifts. All shifts are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
- Donation Receipts will be available online after each sale. This report will include all items you mark to donate after the sale ends.
- Consingor inventory must be entered into the software system online and tags printed by Wednesday, March 7 @ 10am. The software system will be disabled to the public after this time.
- Consignor Pick-up will be from 4:30-5:30pm on Saturday, March 10, checks will also be available at this time. **Don't stand in line if your just getting a check... visit our Customer Service window to get your check ASAP!
IMPORTANT REMINDER:
ALL CONSIGNORS: Bring a tote or box with you at drop off if you plan to retrieve your unsold, non-donated items following the sale.
ONLY WIRE HANGERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Penalties will be strictly enforced for volunteers late to work shifts.
CHOOSING PAPER FOR PRINTING TAGS:
- Choose (1) one color of cardstock to print tags. Choose any color other than white, off-white, or cream.
- If you plan to donate items print those items on white cardstock ONLY
- If you have some items to be donated and some that are not, that is fine too although the above policies still apply. A consignor may have both color tags and white tags.
