Shop early by volunteering!

• All volunteers have the privaledge of shopping early before the public sale!! 
• The preview sale is for volunteers only. 
• Strollers are not allowed on Friday night shopping.
• Register early to volunteer at our sale for a better chance of getting the shift of your choice. All volunteer shifts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Shifts fill up quickly, so sign up starting January 15th!
• You will receive one (1) preview sale ticket for every work shift you volunteer. Volunteers may work up to two shifts. 
• To ensure that our preview sale remains a fair privilege that is enjoyed by all our volunteers, only one adult will be allowed into the preview sale per shift worked. You can always volunteer for additional shifts to receive extra preview tickets for your spouse, friend, or relative.
• We strongly suggest that no chidlren under the age of 10 attend the preview sale due to the overwhelming amount of shoppers and the size of the sale facility.

Volunteer Shift Information

• Working at our sale can involve sorting items, greeting shoppers, running a register or anything in between.
• For safety reasons, children are not allowed to accompany you during any of your volunteer shifts. Childcare is not be provided.
• Please be prompt to your scheduled volunteer shift. Arrive 10 minutes early and stop by the volunteer table to check in, receive your instructions, and pick up your nametag.
• All volunteers who are more than 10 minutes late to their work shift will not be allowed to shop at 5pm, they may enter at 6pm.
• We rely on responsible and dependable volunteers. If for any reason you are unable to work your volunteer shift, please call us as soon as possible at (502) 868-9025 or email to contact@lilybugskids.com. 
• Only Lilybugs consignors may work after the preview sale. All volunteer only workers must sign up to work before the preview sale on Friday night.
• In the event that you are unable to fulfill your obligation as a volunteer, you will not be allowed to shop the preview sale as this is a volunteer only perk, and as a Lilybugs consignor you will not receive the extra 20% earned by volunteers only. Please understand that these guidelines have been set to maintain a high-quality event.
